The Orangetheory program provides an engaging exercise routine that will work you out and get your blood pumping. During three different blocks, you will work through 36 exercises. This concentration of effort takes place over a 60-minute period to strengthen your heart, lungs, and muscles. Mastering these gym exercises will make you a tougher person with higher levels of endurance.


To help you on your quest for fitness, we hire some of the best personal trainers in the area. Our skilled and experienced trainers will pinpoint where your strengths are and find ways to improve your weak areas. With their help, you will find yourself meeting your fitness goals and loving every minute of it.


At our fitness studio, we serve everyone from beginners to those athletes with years of workout experience. Our goal is to help you have a fun and challenging workout no matter your fitness level.

Robert Aguirre is the head trainer and Houston’s Sawyer Heights location and is also a native Houstonian. He comes to us with a background in Collegiate and Professional football, Robert knows how to push himself as well as others to their limits. Certified through NASM and TRX, he also brings over 7 yrs of personal training experience to the team.
Brenda is certified through AFAA Personal Trainer, AFAA Group Training, AFAA Group Exercise, Turbo Kick Box, PiYo, Stotts Pilates, Les Mills Body Pump, and Trigger Point Therapy.

Brenda has been in the fitness industry since 1988.
She is passionate about seeing the members reach their fitness goals. Brenda is Houston's regional coach.

Hi OTF Family, my name is Joey and I am so excited to be part of Orangetheory Fitness. I have been in involved in fitness and athletics from an early age. I'm originally from the Garden State-New Jersey. I went to Lock Haven University where I received a degree in Sports Administration and played linebacker for the football team. After graduation, I loved being in the gym so much that I decided to make a career of it and got certified as a Personal Trainer. After working as a Personal Trainer for several years, I obtained a few more certifications including Corrective Exercise Specialist, Golf Fitness Specialist, and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. Fitness is my passion! I don't feel like I work a day in my life because it's that fun and rewarding. I love to inspire others to do what inspires them. My favorite quote to live by is, "Every morning you have two choices, continue to sleep with your dreams or wake up and chase them.”

HEART MONITORED TRAINING

 

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.

COACH SUPPORT

 

Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
