Carrie has always had a passion for health & fitness and began working in the fitness industry in 2012 as a group fitness instructor at Lifetime Fitness where she taught various signature formats. She ran cross-country in college and has completed seven marathons…endurance days at OTF are her favorite! She was a member of OTF for about 2 years before deciding to get on the other side of the mic. Her goal in every class is to create an environment full of energy & enthusiasm to drive the members out of their comfort zone. When she is not teaching or taking a class at OTF, you can find her chasing around her 4 kids (ages 6 & under).
Robert Aguirre is the head trainer and Houston’s Sawyer Heights location and is also a native Houstonian. He comes to us with a background in Collegiate and Professional football, Robert knows how to push himself as well as others to their limits. Certified through NASM and TRX, he also brings over 7 yrs of personal training experience to the team.
Lisa's journey with Orangetheory Fitness began 6 years ago as a member in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Prior to joining Orangetheory Fitness Lisa was an elementary school teacher for 23 years. She relocated to Houston in July of 2015, making a decision to start a new career path as a personal trainer and received her NASM certification. “I love getting up every day knowing that I will be motivating people to live a fit and healthy lifestyle!”

HEART MONITORED TRAINING

 

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.

COACH SUPPORT

 

Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
